THESE COMMUNITY GUIDELINES ("GUIDELINES") APPLY TO ALL USERS OF THE FORME APPLICATION WHO ARE EIGHTEEN (18) YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER. By participating in any community or social features of the Service, you agree to be bound by these Guidelines in addition to the Terms of Service. Violation of these Guidelines may result in content removal, suspension, or permanent termination of your access to community features, at the sole discretion of Forme.
All users are required to engage with other community members in a manner that is respectful, constructive, and consistent with the supportive nature of the Service. Content that is harassing, threatening, abusive, defamatory, discriminatory, or otherwise harmful to other users is strictly prohibited.
Users shall not post, transmit, or otherwise communicate content that directly or indirectly compares, ranks, demeans, or shames the physical appearance, body composition, or wellness progress of themselves or other users. Such conduct is antithetical to the purpose and values of the Service.
Users are strictly prohibited from providing, implying, or disseminating medical diagnoses, clinical recommendations, pharmaceutical guidance, dietary prescriptions, or any content that could reasonably be construed as professional medical or psychological advice. Users may share personal experiences but shall not present such experiences as applicable to the medical or clinical circumstances of others.
The use of community features for commercial solicitation, advertising, promotional activity, affiliate marketing, or the dissemination of spam is expressly prohibited. This includes but is not limited to references to external products, services, applications, or social media accounts.
Users shall not disclose, distribute, or otherwise make available the personal information of other users without their express consent.
Forme reserves the right, but not the obligation, to monitor community content and to remove any content that violates these Guidelines or is otherwise deemed objectionable, in Forme's sole discretion and without prior notice. Repeated or severe violations may result in permanent suspension of community access or termination of the user's account.
